Tabor Home Society is committed to providing "care from the heart" to older adults in Abbotsford. Seeking to make advances through innovation, and to gain insight into the seniors care sector, Tabor Home Society has identified six strategic priorities that will empower us to meet this commitment.
These six strategic goals, all of equal importance, will be the core focus of the organization from 2011 – 2015.

| 2. | Accreditation: To create a culture of safety, culture of excellence, and culture of continuous improvement. |
| 3. | Increased Role of Volunteerism: To respond to the increased support required by seniors. |
| 4. | Alternate Sources of Revenue: To generate additional revenue to supplement government funding through enterprises and through the introduction of a fundraising program. |
| 5. | Communication: To enhance the approach to exchanging information internally with the campus and externally throughout the community. |
| 6. | Human Resources: To become the workplace of choice where people can excel and achieve their personal best. |
