The Tabor Court, an assisted living facility will be completed in the fall of 2006. The Fraser Health Authority places the residents for the 88 government funded units. Residents for the remaining 16 units are placed through the Tabor Home office. Among the qualifications for the resident placement will be, some need for assistance with daily living and the ability to direct their own care.

AMENITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Non-personal laundry & housekeeping, two meals per day, 24 hr. emergency call system and planned social and recreational opportunities.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND FACILITIES:
Licensed Practical Nurse and Care Aides on duty, Medication assistance, on site Convenience Shop, Hair Salon, Bistro, Chapel, Library, Crafts Room, Main dining and Private dining to entertain guests, Scheduled events and Bus outings.

SPECIAL DONATIONS:
If you wish to dnoate to our Tabor Court project fund, your support will help us provide equipment and services not funded by the government. Cheques should be made payable to Tabor Home Society, and designated for th eTabor Court project fund.

Other special projects that require funding are:

  • special or commemorative landscaping
  • additional furnishings
  • library contents
  • computer kiosk
Finances received over-and-above those required will go towards reducing the mortgage debt.
