Tabor Home
Tabor Home is a 118 bed complex care facility. All 118 beds are filled through Fraser Health Authority.
Services Include:
- 24 hour nursing and personal care services
- Special Care Unit for residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementias
- Hot food cart meal service with menu choices
- Housekeeping and laundry services
- Supervised social activities, exercise programs, crafts, bus trips, and more
- Chapel services and Spiritual care
Admission to Tabor Home
The process of admissions is established by the ACCESS program of the Fraser Health Authority. The Fraser Health Authority also provides the operational funding. The BC Ministry of Health determines the monthly resident user fees.
